Things are getting busy over here at Londonewcastle as there is a lot going on that we can't wait to share with you! From launching the marketing suite and show apartment at our development in Old Street, The Makers, to being shortlisted for an award for our show apartment in Covent Garden's Chapter House. We also had a little (big) party last Friday and wanted to reminisce...

Introducing The Makers

If you’ve been in the Old Street area of late, you may have noticed something different. The Makers ground floor marketing suite is open and in action, I know we are biased, but it looks phenomenal. If you have been perusing the website and are interested in an apartment at The Makers then the marketing suite is the perfect place to start your journey.

Designed by Amos & Amos, the suite has been designed to emulate the finishes of the actual apartments and meant to be a place for people to feel comfortable and get connected with the development before going up to see the brand-new show apartment in the tower.

Both the marketing suite and show apartment have taken inspiration from its trendy east London surroundings and represent the creativity, craftsmanship and sophistication within one of London’s most sought after areas to live and work.

Covent Garden's Best Kept Secret

The unveiling of Chapter House in Covent Garden has finally been announced and at Londonewcastle, we couldn’t be more excited. Hidden away just of Drury Lane, Chapter House has been designed for theatre-goers, design-lovers and those who want to be around the rich history and culture that lives in London.

Upon entering, the deep, moody and dramatic lobby area immediately takes you away from the hustle and bustle of central London and welcomes you into an intimate sanctuary with a members’ club look and feel, thanks to plush navy carpets and theatrical gold metal curtains. Even though this development is a new build, the restored Victorian façade gives the scheme some architectural interest with quirky windows and original details, making Chapter House a unique offering and in a league of its own.

Have we enticed you yet? With all apartments available to move in to now, get in touch with us to book an appointment to view this development and explore our one-of-a-kind show apartment, designed by Trilbey Gordon, which has just been shortlisted in the International Architecture and Interior Design Awards 2019! Don’t forget to visit the website and we’ll look forward to seeing you soon! www.chapterhouse.london

End of Summer Celebrations

Nothing says summer time like a festival, right? That’s exactly what we thought, so to celebrate the end of the season and to bid farewell to one of our most-loved employees, Vicki Green, we took to Nomadic Community Gardens for one last hurrah on Friday 6th September.

A psychic, a firebreather, a cocktail caravan and a DJ are just of the things that we had to keep us entertained, as well as a bonfire to keep us warm. According to the pictures that we took, we had a great time and wish we could do it every Friday!

It was a great way for the whole team to bond and enjoy one of our meanwhile use spaces together and it really has boosted office morale since, even if we do all still smell of bonfire smoke…
