TERRE À TERRE – BRIGHTON
Terre à Terre located in Brighton’s famous lanes has to be one of the most welcoming and professional vegetarian restaurants I have been to. Long gone are the boring vegetarian menus, as Terre à Terre spoils its customers with vibrant Master Chef style food, as well as vegan and gluten free options – even the fussiest of eaters can be catered for.
We started our meal by sampling some of their most popular choices on their large tapas plate which consisted of halloumi, rice noodles, avocado hash, smoked tofu and potato dauphinoise.
For a main course the most popular choice among us was their ‘Rosti Revisited’: crispy fried potato topped with cheese, spinach and a soft poached egg – a combination I would necessarily have put together but it really did work very well.
If you’re heading out of London for the Bank Holiday and fancy trying somewhere new, I would highly recommend this fantastic eatery. Visit www.terreaterre.co.uk
