Queen's Park Place marketing breaks cover

Londonewcastle

With the construction of new development Queen’s Park Place progressing at a pace, we are gearing up for a marketing campaign to raise awareness across London.

It’s the first opportunity that buyers across the city will have to take a closer look at the development, which completes in Spring 2016. To date, the website, hoarding fronting Salusbury Road in Queen’s Park and obvious signs of work on site have been the only signs of what is to come.

A curious case of hoardings in Queen's Park

Peter A

To mark the start on site of our new development of contemporary apartments and penthouses in Queen’s Park, NW6 creative and branding agency StudioSmall conceived an interesting solution to the usual flat development hoardings - a concertina section that allows two messages to be read in the same space, depending on which way you view.

Sounds complicated - getting it right was (thanks for the scale models and the patience Julian M at Concorde Graphics) - but the effect is stuningly simply.

Head on it’s a mix of the two so quite unintelligble, but as you walk/ cycle/ drive passed a new message appears…

Watch out for new messages as the construction and sales and marketing programme progresses. The development is due to be completed in the Spring of 2016 and will feature the usual Londonewcastle devilish attention todetail - for more information check out the website:
