Daniel Sachon at Londonewcastle Project Space
Weekly entries on living in London with a focus on central London property and the Londonewcastle Art Programme which includes the Londonewcastle Project Space we own and run in Shoreditch.
London based visual artist Daniel Sachon first started shooting at 14. Within 2 months he had secured his first paying client, and with 15 had shot with Models1 and Select, as well as being published in magazines such as Fiasco and Papercut.

Daniel continued to build up his professional experience by assisting photographer Lara Jade and Ian McKell on many diverse projects such as a Philips headphone advertising campaign and projects for L’Uomo Vogue.

Daniels approaches his work with cinematic aesthetic, creating images that have a bold visual core, whilst retaining a natural air of youthful nonchalance. Inspired by female form, states of psyche and advertising, Daniel’s debut collection focuses on the self-empowered sexuality of today’s woman, whilst exploring how the female gaze can cause affect on his viewer.

The collection has been comprised over the last five years, made up of images from Daniel’s initial start in photography to more recent photographs taken this summer.

Our COO Rob Soning met Sachon in a restaurant and they started chatting. Rob loved his work and asked him to shoot the graffiti walls Londonewcastle commisioned on their gallery - the Londonewcastle Project Space.
