Award winning architects AL_A have designed an iconic building for the redevelopment of the Huntingdon Estate comprising ground floor commercial space - consisting of a mixture of retail, café, restaurant, offices, work studio, art gallery/exhibition space and leisure. Above which sits a sophisticated tower form of 116 private residential apartments that responds to solar conditions throughout the day.
Peter Barber Architects (PBA) has designed the proposals for Fleet Street Hill. The development comprises 43 residential houses and apartments – including large, affordable, family housing – and the creation of an attractive new public, car-free square.
