Planning permission has been granted for 146 high quality apartments consisting of 121 private apartments and 25 socially rented or shared ownership apartments, just outside of the East Croydon Masterplan.

The proposed development - designed by TP Bennett - comprises two buildings of 11 and 14 floors with extensive communal gardens and play space around a central courtyard, 35 basement car parking spaces and 231 cycle spaces.
