Planning has been granted to create a new residential development - with impressive transport links - set around a private courtyard garden with views onto the Gunnersbury Conservation Area.
Londonewcastle gained planning consent for a striking 31-storey tower on the waterfront in Canary Wharf with 360 degree views of London from winter gardens in the apartments. The site was subsequently sold to One Housing Group and Mount Anvil.
Planning is in place to develop 68 new private apartments and penthouses some with terraces and/or views over the Wenlock basin, feature lobby area and basement car parking with 100 cycle spaces.
