Linkcity and Londonewcastle’s first joint venture project is to form one of the first phases of the substantial Church Street Regeneration Master Plan in Lisson Grove, NW8. The scheme includes architecture by Flanagan Lawrence and landscaping by Gustafson Porter + Bowman, with plans for a new green pedestrianised road connecting Lisson Grove with North Marylebone and Church Street.
