The approved proposals are to develop a new design-led, mixed use scheme comprising student accommodation with up to 599-rooms provided in four buildings and a 198-room hotel with underground car parking. The development will also offer 6,500 sq.ft for other commercial uses.

A landscaped courtyard and improved landscaping to the perimeter completes the vision for the scheme. Designed by Ian Simpson Architects to high design and sustainability standards and targeting an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
