A sensitive yet contemporary new addition to Ealing

Proposals are being developed to create a series of new buildings comprising around 200 quality new homes of mixed tenure and about 20 new retail units to accommodate both large and small stores.

These uses are integrated by a new pedestrian route - dubbed Haven Place - through the heart of site which connects The Broadway with the regenerated station (which is being redeveloped in anticipation of the start of Crossrail services from 2018/19).
