Londonewcastle, United House Developments and Poplar HARCA have teamed up to regenerate Erno Goldfinger-designed Balfron Tower. The residential building, which is Grade II-listed, was completed in 1967.

The joint venture has appointed architects Studio Egret West and Ab Rogers Design on interior design. Richard Coleman Citydesigner has been appointed as Heritage Consultant for the project.

Robert Soning, chief operating officer at Londonewcastle, said: “Balfron Tower is an inspirational building with an incredible heritage. We look forward to working with Poplar HARCA and United House Developments as guardians of this important building to breathe new life into it, and help realise the vision that Erno Goldfinger had for it over half a century ago.”
