The sale of the 19 Queen Elizabeth Street development site has been completed to local developer Hollybrook.
The site has planning consent for a new mixed use scheme of offices and luxury apartments in a fantastic area just behind Shad Thames.
The deal marks the first successful project in the relationship between Londonewcastle and new property investor and developer The Third Quarter. Other current joint projects include 62-68 Rosebery Avenue in Clerkenwell. Click here for more information.
