A transformative mixed-use scheme that revived a micro-pocket of West London.

In place of an ailing site off Vinery Way came a new development of 24 mews and townhouses and 33 apartments. The townhouses and apartments were arranged around a central courtyard, the mews houses around the site’s perimeter. Basement car parking created space and enhanced the setting. The feeling was luxury Central London private estate, the reality a new standard in contemporary homes for W6.
