An in-house team, comprising a Director, manage and deliver all projects and are responsible for:

• Investigating and deriving the most profitable and successful use class matrix for the opportunity.
• Reviewing and adding value planning applications to achieve positive resolution.
• Negotiating appropriate affordable housing provision and S106 commitments.
