Current proposals are to develop a mixed use scheme comprising student accommodation with up to 599 bedrooms created over four blocks and a 198-room hotel with underground car parking.

The development will also offer c.8,000sq.ft for other uses - including the potential for a communal business centre managed by the council. A landscaped courtyard and improved landscaping to the perimeter completes the vision for the scheme.
